محلول‌پاشی قبل از برداشت با کلسیم‌کلراید جهت افزایش کیفیت پرتقال‌های تامسون‌ ناول و خونی مورو در زمان برداشت و طی انبارداری

چکیده

ارقام پرتقال تامسون ناول و مورو از عمده‌ ارقامی هستند که بعد از برداشت برای چند ماه در انبار نگهداری می‌شوند. امروزه تلاش می‌شود تا کیفیت ظاهری و داخلی میوه طی نگهداری حفظ شود. در این پژوهش طی دو سال، اثر محلول‌پاشی با غلظت‌های مختلف کلسیم‌کلراید (0، 1، 2 و 4 درصد) در مراحل مختلف نمو میوه‌ی پرتقال‌های ’تامسون’ و‘مورو’ بررسی شد. میوه‌هاسه مرتبه و به فاصله سه هفته از 140 روز بعد از اتمام گل‌دهی محلول‌پاشی شدند. میوه‌ها پس از برداشت در دمای پنج درجه سانتی‌گراد و رطوبت نسبی 85 درصد به مدت 60 روز نگهداری شدند. در روزهای صفر (زمان برداشت)، 30 و 60 انبارداری ویژگی‌های کیفی میوه ارزیابی شد. نتایج نشان داد که کاهش وزن میوه‌های تیمار شده با کلسیم‌کلراید طی انبارداری بطور معنی‌داری کمتر از شاهد بود. اگرچه میزان اسیدیته قابل تیتراسیون (TA) میوه‌های ‘تامسون’ و ‘مورو’ تیمار شده و شاهد طی انبارداری کاهش یافت، ولی کاهش در میوه‌های محلول‌پاشی شده کندتر بود. نسبت مواد جامد محلول به اسید قابل تیتراسیون (TSS:TA) و هدایت الکتریکی (EC) در تیمارهای کلسیم کمتر از شاهد در زمان برداشت و ضمن انبارداری بود. میزان آسکوربیک‌اسید طی انبارداری بالاتر از شاهد بود. بطورکلی کلسیم‌کلراید بویژه در غلظت‌های بالاتر سبب حفظ خصوصیات کیفی میوه طی انبارداری شد.

Thomson Navel and Moro orange are important varieties which preserving in storeroom after harvesting for several months. Nowadays, researchers attempted to maintain quality appearance and fruit quality during storage. In this study, the effect of pre-harvest applications (three times) of calcium chloride (0, 1, 2 and 4 percent) was investigated on two citrus (‘Thomson’ and ‘Moro’) varieties during two consecutive years. Fruits harvested and preserved under 5 C and 85 percent RH for 60 days. Some physicochemical properties were measured on the first, 30 and 60 days after harvesting. Results showed that weight loss in fruit treated by CaCl2 was significantly less than control during storage. Although during storage TA in ‘Thomson’ and ‘Moro’ both on treated and control fruits were decreased, but this decline was lower in fruits which treated by foliar CaCl2 applications. Ratio of TSS: TA and EC were lower in CaCl2 treatments at harvest and during storage than control. At each sampling time, amount of ascorbic acid was higher in treated fruits than control. In conclusion, CaCl2 appeared more significant role on keeping fruit quality during storage.
