Due to increase in the acreage of canola, pests of this crop have been increased correspondingly. One of the most important pests of this crop is Brevicoryne brassicae (L.) that causes direct damage on yield and indirect damage through application of chemical treatments. One of the best ways to reduce the damage of these pests is the use of resistant cultivars. In this study, the resistance of 12 genotypes of canola to the cabbage aphid during two cropping seasons (2009-2010 and 2011-2012) was tested in a field experiment using a randomized complete block design with three replications in Agricultural Research Station of Miandoab. In each year, one experiment was conducted under natural condition and another experiment with the same genotypes was conducted where chemical treatments were applied. Infection indices were calculated from square roots of mean for aphid infected shoot length × average number of aphids in one centimeter of infected stem × percentage of contaminated plots to cabbage aphid and index of yield reduction was calculated based on grain yield of canola genotypes in infected fields compared to control fields. In the autumn survey of treatments, no contamination was observed but spring contamination of canola genotypes with aphid provided suitable conditions to evaluate tolerance of the genotypes. At the grouping of genotypes, the indices of yield reduction for Opera, Zarfam, Orient and Licord were the lowest and these genotypes can be considered as tolerant genotypes in Miandoab and similar regions. Genotypes SLM046 and RGS003 had the highest indices of yield reduction and were grouped as susceptible genotypes.  }, keywords = {cabbage aphid,Canola,Resistance genotypes,west Azerbaijan}, title_fa = {معرفی متحمل‌ترین ژنوتیپ‌های کلزا به خسارت شته مومی کلم در منطقه میاندوآب استان آذربایجان غربی}, abstract_fa = {کلزا (.Brassica napus L) یکی از گیاهان دانه روغنی مهم در کشور بوده که کشت آن در یک دهه اخیر به طور قابل ملاحظه‌ای در ایران افزایش یافته ‌است. افزایش سطح زیر کشت کلزا باعث ازدیاد آفات مربوط به این گیاه گردیده است که از آن جمله می‌توان به شته مومی کلم Brevicoryne brassicae (L.) اشاره کرد که خسارت شدیدی را به طور مستقیم با کاهش محصول و یا غیر مستقیم با افزایش مصرف سموم در مزارع ایجاد می‌نماید. یکی از مناسب‌ترین روش‌های‌ کاهش خسارت این آفت استفاده از ارقام مقاوم است. برای این منظور مقاومت 12 ژنوتیپ کلزا نسبت به شته ‌مومی‌ کلم در ایستگاه تحقیقات کشاورزی میاندوآب طی دو سال متوالی مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. در هر سال دو آزمایش جداگانه در قالب طرح بلوک‌های کامل تصادفی با سه تکرار تحت شرایط آلودگی طبیعی و عدم آلودگی اجرا شد. شاخص آلودگی از حاصلضرب میانگین طول ساقه آلوده به شته در میانگین تعداد شته در یک سانتی‌متر از ساقه آلوده در درصد آلودگی هر کرت به شته مومی کلم در مزرعه آلوده محاسبه شد و شاخص کاهش عملکرد با داده‌های بدست آمده از عملکرد و اجزای آن در هر دو مزرعه آلوده و شاهد محاسبه گردید. در بررسی‌های پاییزه تیمارها، هیچ نوع آلودگی شته مومی مشاهده نگردید اما آلودگی‌های بهاره کلزا به شته مومی برای ارزیابی حساسیت ژنوتیپ‌‌ها مناسب بود. در گروه‌بندی ژنوتیپ‌ها بر اساس شاخص کاهش عملکرد ارقام لیکورد، اپرا، زرفام و ارینت دارای کمترین شاخص کاهش عملکرد بوده و به عنوان ژنوتیپ‌های متحمل به شته مومی کلم شناخه شده و لذا قابلیت کشت در میاندوآب و مناطق مشابه را دارند. ژنوتیپ‌های آر‌جی‌اس ۰۰۳ و اس‌ال‌ام ۰۴۶ دارای بالاترین شاخص کاهش عملکرد بوده و به عنوان ژنوتیپ‌های حساس گروه‌بندی شدند.}, keywords_fa = {شته مومی کلم,کلزا,ارقام مقاوم,آذربایجان‌غربی}, url = {https://rafhc.areeo.ac.ir/article_120430.html}, eprint = {https://rafhc.areeo.ac.ir/article_120430_65fc42632ece9b2d7bb0ace7d2b1872e.pdf} }
